• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
• We strive for timely deliveries, but are not liable for delays caused by external factors.
• We aim to deliver our products based on selected categories with Minimum 20min to Maximum 48hrs 

Cancellation and Refund policy

• Customers can cancel their order before preparation of order . Once order is completed or dispatched, cancelation are not permitted.
• Refunds will be processed for cancelled orders, failed deliveries, or orders that do not match the customer's expectations.
