Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed for cancelled orders, failed deliveries, or orders that do not match the customer's expectations.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be initiated within 24-48 hours  of cancellation or issue resolution. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the full order value, including delivery charges, unless otherwise specified.

Refund Scenarios.

  •  Order Cancellation: Full refund of the order value.
  • Failed Delivery: Full refund of the order value, including delivery charges.
  • Order Not as Expected: Partial or full refund, depending on the issue resolution.
  • Vendor Cancellation: Full refund of the order value.

Exceptions.

  • Prepared Orders: Orders that have been prepared or are in the process of being prepared cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  •  Delivery Partner Issues: Refunds will not be processed for issues related to delivery partners, such as late delivery or incorrect delivery.

Dispute Resolution.

  • Customer Support: Customers can contact our customer support team to resolve any issues or disputes related to cancellations or refunds.
  • Dispute Resolution Process: We will work to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
